A Victorian favorite, Balsam is a colorful, carefree annual with semi-double or fully double frilly flowers. These plants have thick, juicy stems and medium, spiky-edged light green leaves. Blooms 2″ in diameter, sincle or in small clusters. Colors include white, pink, rose, red, or violet. Long flowering.
